Departmental Profiles
Each year the Office of Institutional Research publishes department-level profile reports that can help departments
- learn about their majors
- discover how their unit contributes to student success, and
- find areas of improvement or places to focus for assessment activities
The information in these reports may be of interest to unit heads, curriculum coordinators, and equity & inclusion committees.
While the reports cannot be published on the Institutional Research public website due to privacy concerns, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) allows university personnel with a "legitimate educational need" to access these data to perform instructional, supervisory, advisory, or administrative duties for the University.
